Evaluation

burger unit 

What workout well?
we did experimented our burger
we put cashews instead of cheese however it didn't taste very well

what needed changing?
the whole burger

where was the flavor coming from?
the cashew nut patties and the sweet chili sauce

what offered texture?
lettuce
toast brioche buns

chicken curry

EMILY AND WARDAH's CHICKEN CURRY


INGREDIENTS  

canned tomatoes- 1 can 
red onion- 1/2 
garlic- 2 cloves 
ginger- 1/2 T
cream- 1/4 cup 
turmeric- 1/4 tsp
mixed spices- 1/4 tsp 
oil- 2 T
rice- 1-1/2 cup 
bone less chicken- 100g 

METHOD 

1.Put the pan on the stove on a low heat.
2.Pour in oil and wait for it to warm up.
3.When it's warm cook the onion until golden brown.
4.Add garlic, ginger, turmeric and mixed spice and mix together.
5.Add the chicken and stir for 5 minutes.
6.Add in tomatoes and stir for 5 minutes.
7.Put in cream and water and wait for it to boil. When it starts boiling it's ready to eat.

  • We changed it by adding more flour and baking powder 
  •  The pancake turned light brown and tasted delicious

  • Seasonal fresh fruit and maple syrup, to serve
